About ClassUps
ClassUps is a live school operating system: one secure site per school for staff, teachers, students, and parents — plus a public website, parent messaging, and hardware attendance. Developed by AakarLab.
Where the product is today
ClassUps is in production as a multi-school platform. Each school gets its own branded site (subdomain), role-based portals, and modules you can switch on as you grow. Super Admin runs platform email, SMS, WhatsApp, payments, AI, and hardware — schools run the day-to-day work.
What schools can run now
- Core ERP — students, teachers, classes, ID cards, sessions, and year-end promotion.
- School day — attendance (manual and ESP32 RFID/QR), timetable, curriculum, academic calendar, houses, and teacher leave.
- Fees & exams — structures, collection, Razorpay, marks, grades, ranks, and printable report cards.
- Reach families — parent portal, in-app notices, queued email campaigns, SMS, and WhatsApp bulk messages.
- Website tool — extra public pages (About, Contact, Academics, and more), banners, inquiry inbox, news feed, and photo gallery.
- Growth modules — admissions, class activity & homework, AI assistant, library, laboratory, and data wizard backups.
How access works
New schools can start on a time-limited demo, then continue on a paid subscription. Staff, teachers, students, and parents each sign in to a portal that matches their role. Dark/light theme and multiple languages are built in.
